Island Hopper Scuba Classes

All of our scuba classes are taught by PADI Instructors and Nashville Tennessee's only PADI Course Director.  At Island Hoppers Scuba we strive to give you the best possible scuba experience, and ensure your safety as we introduce you to the underwater world and scuba diving.

We offer scuba classes for the beginner all the way to instructor classes and beyond.  Be sure to ask about the Master Scuba Diver Program, the black belt of recreational scuba diving. 

The pools we use are indoor heated pools, with complete amenities for before and after your pool sessions.  Our classrooms are state of the art digital class rooms taught in a round table format to give you the best possible experience during scuba classes.  During scuba class breaks you can go relax on our back deck, and weather permitting we will have some classes outside on the deck.

Island Hoppers also supplies you with the best equipment to use during your classes.  Most scuba stores use the cheapest equipment available for you to train in during your class.  IHS has invested in top of the line Atomic regulators and Tusa weight integrated BCDs to ensure you have a great experience during scuba lessons.

Feel free to browse around and learn more about the Open Water Certification. The Open Water Certification is the beginner step to becoming a real SCUBA diver. Then you can start with some of the Advanced Certifications. These will let you dive deep, use special air (Nitrox), dive wrecks and many other possibilities. Then you can work through and become a Master Scuba Diver. This all coveted position will allow you to show someone you are the ninja of diving.
